Amelia Earhart

 Hello!  My name is April Bond, and I am so pleased to be your child’s teacher this school year.  This will be my 24^th year in education, all here in our great Goddard district.  I taught 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th grade. It has been a wonderful experience for me to teach the different levels and see the progression of skills and developmental levels in my students.  I am committed to doing everything I can to work closely with your family to make this year a successful one for your child!

I feel very fortunate to teach here in Goddard with such involved and caring families, and I look forward to doing my very best to help your child have a happy, healthy, and productive experience in 4th grade.  I believe with all of my heart that any child can succeed in a classroom where they feel safe and engaged.  That is my biggest goal, to respect the integrity of each child as I challenge them to reach their fullest potential both academically and personally.  I know this will be a great year for us all!
